Jørgen M. Clausen is Chairman of Danfoss Global Group, a multinational company that develops energy-efficient technologies for air conditioning, heating, refrigeration and motor controls. Danfoss is one of the world’s leading suppliers of hydraulic components and electronic controls for vehicles used within the construction, agriculture and road building industries. Danfoss is a supplier of solutions for renewable energy, such as solar and wind power.
Clausen is Chairman of the Danish Energy Industries’ Federation and of the Danish Government’s Innovations Fund, which supports a wide range of research and development projects.
Clausen, a licensed pilot, is an entrepreneur who has invested in multiple technology ventures.

Michael is one of the aviation industry’s leading subject matter experts in technology development, operational support systems and winter flight operations, and is a strong advocate for safe, efficient and sustainable airport and air carrier operations on the global scale.
Prior to taking on the leadership role at SureWx in 2011, Michael was a leading consultant for numerous international airports and air carriers, providing cutting-edge professional services related to winter resilience and business optimization. Michael also previously held several senior management and executive positions with aviation and technology firms, and managed a wide range of high-level aviation research and development projects over a 15-year period for Transport Canada and the Federal Aviation Administration.
Michael currently sits on numerous global aviation industry committees and workgroups, and has authored countless published reports, studies and papers on aviation winter operations. Michael is a pioneer in the area of the aircraft de/anti-icing fluid holdover times and in the measurement and dissemination of electronic holdover times for aviation applications. He has been one of the driving forces behind the development of Holdover Time Determination Systems since 2004.
Michael aims to make SureWx the preferred supplier of operational support systems in the world.

Michael Sparrow, P. Eng, MBA, has spent most of his career working for large multinational organizations such as ABB and Fläkt. He has a broad background with over 30 years of experience in project management, engineering, sales and marketing, service and manufacturing.
Most of his career has been spent in management or executive positions and he has managed both US and global organizations.
A common thread through Mike’s career has been the delivery of technical solutions within major infrastructure industries (pulp and paper, power generation and transmission, airlines). These are industries where products must be designed to meet specific customer requirements and one size never fits all.
Prior to joining SureWx, Mike was employed for six years in the deicing equipment industry. Mike serves on the Boards of a number of charitable organizations and start-up companies.

As a key member of SureWx’s executive management team Brian is responsible for the integrity of SureWx’s sales and business development commitments at every level.
Brian has extensive international experience developing and executing successful sales strategies with leading enterprise customers in the global aviation, telecommunications, IT, and retail markets. Brian earned a B.Sc from the University of Western Ontario and an MBA from the University of Ottawa. His connection with the of Holdover Time Determination Project dates back to 2008.

Stephen Priddle, CPA, CA, CMA, is a seasoned business executive, who leads the finance, HR and Legal functions of all SureWx companies, and has over 30 years of diverse experience.
After working with international accounting firm KPMG for five years, he moved into industry. He has held financial leadership positions in both public and private companies. His corporate experience includes work with a company in the deicing equipment industry, as well as the electronics, heavy equipment and software industries.
Stephen has gained a wide range of experience in financial reporting, treasury management, merger & acquisition, taxation and other business matters.
Stephen is an active conference and seminar speaker in his field. His published business, accounting and finance cases are used by organizations across Canada.
